COMMITTEES: Strategic Planning, Government Affairs, Finance

Amanda Bardonner joined the TNSTEP Board of Directors in January 2025. She was first introduced to TNSTEP while preparing for an IEP meeting for her foster son and discovered the organization’s resources through a parent support group.

Amanda’s connection to the disability community is deeply personal. She and her husband are parents to a young adult with disabilities, which fuels her commitment to advocacy and expanding access to resources for families.

Professionally, Amanda serves as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Scienaptic, bringing more than 14 years of experience in financial services. Her work focuses on transforming lending systems and expanding access to credit for underserved communities.

Amanda is passionate about supporting TNSTEP’s mission and helping ensure families have the tools and resources they need.

Amanda shares this message with families: Advocating for your child takes strength, persistence, and love, but you do not have to do it alone. TNSTEP is here to walk alongside you and your family.
