Lisa Morelock Gosnell has been part of TNSTEP since 2013, joining full-time in 2014 as Data and Information Coordinator. She brings experience in data management, computer programming, and administrative support.
Before TNSTEP, Lisa spent over 20 years in the tourism industry and eight years in healthcare, where she worked in data management, admissions, patient accounts, insurance, and personal care services.
As a person with dyslexia, Lisa is passionate about ensuring students with disabilities—especially learning differences—are accurately identified and supported. She is committed to helping youth understand that it’s okay to be “different,” and to embrace their strengths.
Lisa has completed multiple professional trainings in areas including post-secondary transition, family engagement, trauma-informed care, and nonprofit data systems, including Salesforce. She also serves on several boards and advisory groups, including the Tennessee State Rehabilitation Council, RSA WAZE to Adulthood Program, Greene County 4-H Advisory Committee, Chuckey-Doak High School Alumni Committee, and the GFWC Greeneville Woman’s Club Arts Committee.
