Rhonda Crenshaw is an advocate, clinician, and family education facilitator with over 20 years of experience supporting children and individuals with disabilities across the lifespan. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, she brings clinical expertise in communication, cognitive, and social-emotional development, along with deep knowledge of educational and community systems that impact access, inclusion, and long-term outcomes.

Rhonda partners closely with families, educators, and service providers to navigate special education, address barriers such as low expectations and social isolation, and promote high-quality, person-centered support. A trained Nurturing Parenting Facilitator, she delivers evidence-based, trauma-informed parenting education to strengthen parental empathy, non-violent discipline, and family engagement.

Through leadership roles on local and statewide councils, Rhonda continues to elevate family voice, strengthen school-family collaboration, and advance equitable outcomes for individuals with disabilities.
