Sreenivas Ganji

Sreenivas Ganji joined the TNSTEP Board in August 2025 after being introduced to the organization through his son’s primary school teacher. His experience with TNSTEP has been very positive, providing guidance, reassurance, and a sense of community for his family as they navigate the future.

Sreenivas’s connection to the disability community is personal—he is the parent of twin boys with autism. His family’s journey has given him firsthand understanding of the challenges parents face and the importance of access to meaningful support and resources.

He joined the TNSTEP Board to both deepen his knowledge and help other families by contributing to efforts that address the common questions and challenges parents of children with disabilities encounter.

Professionally, Sreenivas is a Cyber Security Engineer. He brings valuable insight into online safety, helping promote practical strategies to support cyber security for families, caregivers, and the organization.

Sreenivas resides in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, in Wilson County, and volunteers many hours each year with nonprofit organizations.

His advice to families is simple: you are not alone, and it is okay to feel overwhelmed. Take things one step at a time and know there is a supportive community ready to help you and your child thrive.
